More than 15″ of snow was reported in Vail this past week, the sun is out and the skiing is great!  Taking a break from the mountain with a visit to the Vail Nordic Center, (on the snow covered golf course) just a short bus ride from Evergreen Lodge, is a great way to expand your winter experience.  And don’t miss the shopping!   Great values are all over town.  Then off to dinner; Altitude Billiards & Sports Club and Cafe have brand new menus and the pricing is fantastic – no “menu shock” here.  Other long time favorites; La Tour and Sweet Basil – to name just two, there are so many wonderful choices.   Come on up and join the fun!
